Hi, I’m Brandon Canonica!
I’m an entrepreneur, content writer and strategist, and digital marketing professional from Auburn, Washington. I’m also a co-founder and the COO of RateSonic, a website that helps people learn more about insurance and find the best policy.
In 2021, I graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in English. In college, I learned and refined the skill of making complex information easy for anyone to read. After graduation, I knew I wanted to take what I learned and put it to work in digital marketing, specifically in the personal finance space.
While working on RateSonic, I’ve written nearly 100 articles about auto, home, and renters insurance. I’ve also worked closely with my co-founders (my twin brother, Sean, and my uncle, Larry) to develop a content production strategy and optimize our website for search engines. Additionally, I’ve produced and planned content about financial advisors, investing, and estate planning on ComparisonAdviser, a financial services comparison website.
When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my friends and family (even if some of them are co-workers). I enjoy getting outside and walking, exercising, traveling, and playing video games.
